These terms apply when you order from 3D Hyperkits. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
Our products, including Glyphcase cases, are 3D-printed to order from PLA. Each one is made after you order, so fine layer lines and small color differences from photos are normal. Some images on our website are concept renders and are labeled as such.
Orders and payment
- You pay at checkout through Stripe. Your order is accepted once your payment goes through, and we email you a confirmation.
- Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the US.
- We may decline an order, for example if a design can't be printed well. If we do, we refund you in full.
Custom designs
By sending us text, a logo or an image for a custom design, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline designs that use other people's trademarks, copyrighted characters or offensive content.

Use and care
PLA softens with heat. Keep your case away from hot cars, direct sunlight and heaters (under 50 °C / 122 °F). The case is a decorative cover: keep your PC's vents clear and don't block airflow.
Trademarks
GEEKOM and GEEKOM A5 are trademarks of their owner. 3D Hyperkits is an independent maker of accessories and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GEEKOM. We use the name only to describe which device our cases fit.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
