This policy explains what information 3D Hyperkits collects when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, the case design you chose and any notes or gift message.
• Custom requests: your name, email address, your idea, your budget range and any reference image you upload.
• Your cart: saved in your own browser so it's there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you place an order.

How we use it

• To make and ship your order, and to send you order updates.
• To reply to custom requests and questions.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: our website host (Netlify, which receives form submissions), our email provider, Stripe, which processes payments, and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D preview code from cdnjs and jsDelivr; like any web request, those services see your IP address. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Payments

We don't collect or store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page, under Stripe's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for shipping, support and our tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we're required to keep it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
