Shipping & Returns

Everything we sell is 3D-printed to order. Because each case is made for you, with your texture, letter and colors, we handle returns a little differently from a store that ships from stock.

Production and shipping

We start printing once your payment goes through.
Most orders ship within 10 to 14 days of payment.
Shipping is free within the United States. We email you tracking when your order ships.
We don't ship outside the US yet. Email us if you're elsewhere and we'll let you know when we do.

What to expect from a 3D-printed case

Cases are printed layer by layer, so you may see very fine lines up close. Silk and glitter colors can look slightly different from photos and screens. These are normal for 3D-printed parts and aren't defects.

Damaged or wrong items

If your case arrives damaged, or doesn't match the design you ordered, email hyperkitsIndustries@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We'll reprint and ship the affected part free of charge.

Returns and changes

Custom orders: because each case is personalized, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
Changes before printing: email us within 24 hours of ordering and before printing starts, and we'll change it or cancel with a full refund.
Cancellations: you can cancel any time before printing starts for a full refund. Once printing has started, we can't cancel the order.

Fit

This case is designed for the GEEKOM A5 mini PC. If it doesn't fit a GEEKOM A5, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund.
